Andy Pettitte is schedule to arrive in Tampa today. Pettitte will have a bullpen session at George M. Steinbrenner Field and address the media in a 6 p.m. press conference.
On Friday, Jack Curry of YES Network, broke the news that Andy Pettitte and the New York Yankees have agreed to a one-year minor league deal worth $2.5 million.
Andy Pettitte is not expected to break camp with the Yankees, instead, he will have an extended spring training. Pettitte could rejoin the Yankees as early as May.
Its been 17 months since Pettitte pitched in the majors.
